Our Journey
Our story began in 2002, when the Korek Group started investing in Dubai, building a portfolio exceeding AED 100 million.
– 2008: Completed our first residential development (G+9) in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
– 2013: Began our second development (G+5) in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) under Korek Real Estate Developers.
– 2014: Established Korek Real Estate to manage and market our projects and expand brokerage services with other developers.
– 2019: Launched Key Host Holiday Homes, which managed over 225 properties.
– 2024: Supervised the construction of a G+5 residential project in Meydan Avenue.
Over the years, we have evolved from property developers to a full-service real estate brokerage, providing comprehensive property solutions to investors, buyers, landlords, and tenants
